Obama Confirms – Not A Natural Born Citizen

As the media blitz to silence questions about Obama’s eligibility for office become shrill, Obama finally releases his so-called “long form” birth certificate (aka, a birth certificate), confirming once and for all that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States in compliance with Article II of the U.S. Constitution.
Let the impeachment begin!
The document posted on the White House web site, reported to be Obama’s actual birth certificate, appears to be a very poor forgery even to the untrained eye. But that’s not really the big story here…
The release of this document actually proves a few things much more important at this stage of the debate.

Actually his description is right according to the demands made to the King by the original immigrants to reconfirm that by immigrating they did not loose their Natural Right originally defined in the Social Contract as far back as the Magna Carta. It clearly consider citizenship a proprietary right to be passed on to their descendant no matter were born. Therefore citizenship is inherited from the parents. No statement is made about being the Father and that claim by various nations was often based on need for human cannon fodder to recruit. That changed according to Nations and over time.
In Israel to be a natural born Jew one must be born of a Jewish mother.I am not Jewish but it would be interesting to know their original reasoning for that decision which is obviously NOT the result of Women’s Liberation.
Apart from that, regarding Obama, he is as legal as any born after the 14th amendment was passed. Therefore, what remains to be decided and was never done, is to determine if citizenship is inherited from the father or mother or both.
Actually it is a rational rule established by the Founder who did not want a royalist to be President, and from the judgment that to be a proper US President the candidate must have some genes, culture, heritage , blood line is used to be called, that assure the person has has sufficient “natural affinity” that will ensure loyalty to this nation only.
Of course parents needs not be of British origin but immigrant must be granted citizen from the social contract before they can pass it on to their descendant. That would resolve the concern of the Founders regarding heritage and loyalty.
I have advocated for many years the need for Congress or the Court to re-visit this issue and decide not on political issues but based the logical reasoning of the founders.
Mr. William would serve this nation best if he stuck to facts as given not twist it to lynch Obama. YES LYNCH, the obsession and hatred of these attacks go way beyond political controversy.
Now, when is he going to step down as president and cease running for re-election? Probably neither one. He needs to be shown the door in a firm, but insistant manner. Despots tend to want to hang around whether the people like it or not.
