An illegal alien who was convicted of murdering two police officers was again escorted out of a California courtroom on Wednesday after erupting in a race-tinged outburst aimed at his victims.

Convicted killer Luis Bracamontes continued his incredibly erratic behavior during the victim statements phase of his trial after having been previously convicted and sentenced to death for the October 2014 murders of Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Davis Jr.

The behavior is a repeat of his actions at a previous hearing. During his sentencing, Bracamontes laughed, said he wished he had killed more people, and showed no remorse for the rampage that left several dead and more seriously injured. Eventually, he was ejected from the courtroom for his behavior.

On Wednesday, Bracamontes repeated his abhorrent behavior, this time taunting the victims who came before the court to relate how their encounter with the convicted killer altered their lives, Fox News reported.

In one case, Bracamontes hurled profane language at Placer County Deputy Chuck Bardo. He also yelled racial slurs at motorist Anthony Holmes, a black man whom Bracamontes shot five times during the 2014 rampage.

Deputy Bardo called Bracamontes a coward, and as the convict was led away from the court for a second time during the proceedings, he remarked, “In the true fashion of a coward, he retreats.”

Bracamontes, who had been deported several times before his deadly assaults, was sentenced to death on March 27 for shooting Sheriff Danny Oliver in the head and then going on a rampage of carjacking and shootings across multiple counties.

Bracamontes’s wife, Janelle Monroy, was also charged and then convicted of assisting her murderous husband. She was sentenced to almost 25 years in prison.

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

    May 10, 2018

    Lars:

It has been an interesting second full week in the month of May when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners at another foreign national convicted and sentenced for murdering an Oregon police officer.

On Sunday, July 20, 1997 Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez (SID: 12371205; DOB: 06/08/1977) shot Portland Police Bureau (PPB) Officer Thomas Layton Jeffries, age 35. Officer Jeffries died from his injuries the next day on Monday, July 21, 1997.

Some background information on the shooting incident that took the life of Portland Police Bureau Officer Thomas Layton Jefferies:

Portland Police Bureau Officer Jefferies was killed in the line of duty while trying to arrest Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez who was wanted in connection with shooting a seven year old child. PPB Officer Jefferies was backing up another police officer when Jefferies was shot as he exited his patrol car. Although mortally wounded, PPB Officer Jefferies was able return gun fire wounding Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez in the leg.

Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez’s case was prosecuted in a Multnomah County, Oregon.

In late 1998 in a Multnomah County Circuit Court room Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez was sentenced to life without parole in prison for the death of PPB Officer Thomas Layton Jefferies along with other crimes (three counts of Aggravated Murder, three counts of Attempted Murder and one count of Assault in the First Degree).

Currently Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez is incarcerated in the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) prison system at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution (TRCI) located near Umatilla, Oregon.

Wanting to know the actual current immigration status of Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez, I contacted via e-mail on Friday, May 4, 2018 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell to investigate if Hernandez-Hernandez was illegally present in the United States of America when he murdered PPB Officer Jefferies.

On the afternoon of Wednesday, May 9, 2018 here is what ICE Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez:

    “Here’s a statement from ICE.”

“In November 1998, the Immigration and Naturalization Service lodged a detainer with the Oregon Correctional Institute on Euphronio Hernandez-Hernandez, an illegally present citizen and national of Mexico, after he was convicted of multiple crimes, including aggravated murder, attempt to commit murder and assault in the first degree.”

“FOR BACKGROUND: In 2003, when the Department of Homeland Security was created, the Immigration and Naturalization Service and U.S. Customs Service merged to become U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Detainers lodged by the former INS are still valid under ICE.”

    Analysis of the preceding information:

The statement from ICE Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell reveals a significant fact about the immigration status of Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez.

Euphronio Hernandez-Hernandez was a Mexican national illegally present in the United States on Sunday, July 20, 1997 when he shot and fatally wounded Portland Police Bureau Officer Thomas Layton Jeffries.

Mexican national Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez is one of the 137 criminal aliens in the Oregon Department of Corrections prison system incarcerated for the crime of homicide.

Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

    May 3, 2018

    Lars:

It has been an interesting first week in the month of May when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners at a foreign national convicted and sentenced for murdering an Oregon State Police Trooper.

On October 2, 1992 Francisco Manzo-Hernandez (SID: 6969819; DOB: 04/23/1964) was arrested by Oregon law enforcement near Klamath Falls for allegedly shooting to death of Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter, age 34, on September 30, 1992.

Just over two years after shooting to death OSP Trooper Clodfelter, Francisco Manzo-Hernandez was sentenced on December 8, 1994 in a Klamath County Circuit Court jury trial to life in prison without parole.

Most recently Francisco Manzo-Hernandez has been incarcerated in the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) prison system at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution (EOCI) located near Pendleton, Oregon.

    Some detailed background information:

On September 30, 1992 Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter stopped a car occupied by three men near Klamath Falls, Oregon. During the traffic stop OSP Trooper Clodfelter arrested the driver of the car for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII).

The two passengers in the car stopped by the OSP Trooper included Francisco Manzo-Hernandez and another man. Both men were intoxicated.

OSP Trooper Clodfelter, wanting to prevent Francisco Manzo-Hernandez or the other man from driving drunk, volunteered to drive the men home. The OSP Trooper frisked the two men before placing them in the back of his patrol car.

Tragically, OSP Trooper Clodfelter missed a 38 caliber handgun Francisco Manzo-Hernandez had hidden on his person.

Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter, while attempting to drive the two men home, was shot twice in the back of the head by Francisco Manzo-Hernandez.

Wanting to know the actual current immigration status of Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, I contacted via e-mail on Monday, April 30, 2018 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell to investigate if Manzo-Hernandez was illegally present in the United States of America when he murdered OSP Trooper Clodfelter.

On the morning of Thursday, May 3, 2018 here is what ICE Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Francisco Manzo-Hernandez:

    “Here’s a statement from ICE:”

“On March 31, 1997, the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) lodged a detainer with the Oregon Department of Corrections on Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, a citizen of Mexico illegally present in the U.S. The INS previously removed Manzo-Hernandez to Mexico in December 1991 through the Nogales, Arizona, border crossing.”

“ON BACKGROUND: In 2003, when the Department of Homeland Security was created, the Immigration and Naturalization Service and U.S. Customs Service merged to become U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Detainers lodged by the former INS are still valid under ICE.” – Carissa Cutrell

    Analysis of the preceding information:

The statement from ICE Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell reveals considerable information about the immigration status of Francisco Manzo-Hernandez:

Francisco Manzo-Hernandez is a Mexican national illegally present in the United States who has been previously removed by the INS to Mexico in December of 1991.

On or after December of 1991 Francisco Manzo-Hernandez illegally reentered the U.S.

Approximately nine months after his removal from the country, illegal alien Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, shot to death Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter on September 30, 1992 after a traffic stop by the OSP Trooper.

Mexican national Francisco Manzo-Hernandez is one of the 137 criminal aliens in the Oregon Department of Corrections prison system incarcerated for the crime of homicide.
