As you watch this, keep in mind what the narrator states in the beginning: This is not the whole story. It’s only the part of that’s been publicly aired.
It’s all interesting, but the real meat starts around 10:00.
Are the CIA people and scientists in this story idiots? Evil geniuses?
No. Just supremely arrogant sociopaths without a shred of humanity or morality who were allowed to run wild.
And there’s no evidence that this kind of thing is still not going on.
