This video was not faked, I did not pre-edit in Photoshop. I originally sought out to create this video to disprove that there were layers in the file, as I started hearing a rumor of it on Twitter. When I opened up the file I downloaded directly from WhiteHouse.gov and saw the layers that others were reporting.
