“These Seats Are Being Stolen” Orange County Republicans Cry Fraud After Suspicious Wins For Democrats In Historically Red County

Fresh off the heels of an embarrassing–and suspicious–election incompetence in Florida, it appears that the turned-blue county of Orange County is also the site of some very suspicious voting trends.

Orange County has long been one of the few Republican strongholds in the notoriously deep-blue state, but disparities between votes for governor and members of Congress are raising suspicion.

The County voted for Republican John Cox over Democrat Gavin Newsom for governor, but all six house seats in the county went to Democrats, somehow.

Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft points out that 299,931 more Democrats voted for Democratic congressional candidates than they did for Newsom for governor.

Hoft notes that a reader explained to him while Cox “ran a horrible campaign and was virtually invisible,” voters somehow seemed more enthused to vote for him than their Congressional candidates.

“I find it hard to believe that voters would split the ticket — voting R for an unknown guy Governor and D for a super liberal congressperson,” the reader wrote. “Just seems like a BIG red flag.”

One of the Republicans who lost their House seat is Republican Dana Rohrbacher, who has been in Congress for nearly 30 years.

“I’m a lifelong Californian and want this exposed,” another Gateway Pundit reader wrote. “I was a Democrat until recently and know many former California Democrats like me who are sick of what’s happening in California. These seats were stolen.”

Radio host Rush Limbaugh also addressed Orange County on his program Tuesday, noting that more than half of the Republican House candidates in the county had been in the lead on election night.

“Some of those Republicans won by eight points,” he said, “and then counting the undervotes and counting the overvotes and counting the late votes. I mean, we didn’t see what was going on out there because everybody was focused on Florida, the recounts in Florida. But they played games out in Orange County.”

“To show you how odd it is, in Orange County the vote for the Republican candidate for governor of California was 200,000 votes higher than the Democrat candidate got. Yet every Republican member of Congress loses? Some people think this is highly suspicious and are looking into it.”

He added that “dubious Department of Motor Vehicle/ Motor Voter registration and ballots were sent out.”

“People that went motor voter to register were also sent a bunch of ballots, and many of them were returned.”

Democrats, Limbaugh said, “just never sleep and they never stop.”

“They do not accept losing.”
