Oh the Irony! Bernie Talks Gun Control, Surrounded with Armed Guards

The irony of talking gun control while also being surrounded by your own armed guards is absolutely uncanny.
However, leave it up to someone like Bernie Sanders to do exactly that.
Sanders spoke to a group of gullible high schoolers and pandered his socialistic views to their young minds. YUCK! Part of his speech, you guessed it, was encouragement to act like a hoodlum and walk out of class with their fellow classmates to protest gun laws and push for gun control.
Yes, there were outright demands to ban guns.
So what did the kids who want to ban guns think of their socialist hero, who was surrounded by armed guards?
Sanders himself has constantly hedged his bets regarding guns; on the one hand, he said in 2016, “Do I think the victims of a crime with a gun should be able to sue the manufacturer? No, I don’t.” But three months before that, he said, “I think we should take another look at that legislation and get rid of those provisions which allow gun manufacturers to act irresponsibly.” He also co-sponsored a Senate bill in 2016 repealing the gun manufacturers’ immunity; in 2005 he voted for a bill that granted gun manufacturers and gun sellers immunity from prosecution
I am going to leave one of my favorite quotes right here, and it was stated by Benjamin Franklin. He said, “Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
We will not give up our guns to give snowflakes the illusion of feeling safe.
