The Albuquerque police is an out of control gang of killers who are wreaking havoc and misery on their population. Even the DOJ has reported a “culture of aggression” in the police department.
What can be done? Should the people rise up and react to police violence with citizen violence? Should the people seek other means of reform? How many people have to die before something is done?
