    Oh My heavens, in previous comment am I taking the Supreme Court job away from them? Of course I am, we the people are the Sovereign and who would know best what the Good Book States. Let the school teach the kids to do so and ask “why the changes?”

    I admire Judge Napolitano’ wisdom but we the people must get busy pulling out the jewels in our Constitution and clean out the junk with which they have been decorated. In fact each state, as well as the Federal Government, would benefit if at specified regular times, all those Constitutions were sent to a group of expert to go through it and clean out the rust. Just select a favorite principle from our Constitution then go through the cases and see the unbelievable interpretation that have been made by sharp lawers serving specific interest, these interpretation become “precedents” and the true meaning of the Constitution is buried.
