A farming family in Letha, Idaho recently had their house raided and were assaulted by police after a neighbor called the police when overhearing a verbal argument between the husband and wife who owned the house.
In any other situation they would have had a simple knock on their door and the police would check in to make sure that no one was being hurt.
However, Marcella Cruz and Michael Gibbons were flagged in the police department’s database as dangerous individuals because one or both of them identified as “constitutionalists”.

I agree, we should make sure the Constitution is respected for all. However honest Constitutionalists look for what the Constitution really states and the Founder Intent, you can find the intent in historical paper like was the Bill of Rights with its origin as far back as the Magna Carta and was consistent until politicians hired dishonest layers to push their client point of view not the Constitution.
We have reached a point where politics and politicians completely change the meaning and even what is written in the Constitution. They only look for things they can twist toward changes, That is disgusting, we should require them to quote the Constitution clearly not in part and twisted. What the Progressive claimed was wrong, but the Constitution at the minimum list the general welfare which implies concern for the subject. What the usurper that started a take over of the Republican party in the 80s moving from word to action such as taking over the Media etc. What they are giving us is THEIR Constitution written to substantiate ther intent. What Romney is struggling with is the Mormon Nation comprehensive welfare and social help system they have complete with faith duty and rules.. It is good for them but cannot apply to a large diverse society. The Mormon punishment and duty rest on their faith, cannot equate with a free government.
Briefly: Capitalism, an abstract word that is based on sound economic interaction, replacing tribal trade . But it is still a tool, part of our Constitutional mandate of an economy based on free enterprise system. Free Enterprise is what describe our system and our values, In that system Capitalism is a facilitator tool that replaced tribal trading and exchange. At its lowest meaning it was an acceptable name for the Temple Merchant Jesus condemned because he could see how dishonest people misused it. Capitalism is not a ethical, moral value base expected between people. Capitalism is only good or bas i its efficiency. What is wrong its is the group of miserable misbegotten sons of Satan who look for anything to push their power grab and twist meaning as they do with the Constitution.
BUT, also nothing in the Constitution mandates this Nation to LEAD the world and spread our system by force if need be, far from it the warning is to mind our own garden.
Helping people is part of the humanitarian aspect of our values system, recognized by the Constitution legally as public welfare, but not enforced like a religious fait. That is what happened, religion humanitarian premise has been mixed in by manipulators to
enforce what the Constitution does not consider to be part of law and government.. demand in their interpretation of it is disgusting. Free speech and mode of expression.Actually only free speech ad assembly is what is named and the Intent was political, not to allow what the porn people claim.
So, look at the amendment of that magnificent piece of paper our Constitution, and check each one that deviates from the Founder who submitted it an it real purpose. No you do not leave the loopholes to the Supreme Court they are politically selected. The Founder assumed an honesty that no longer exist.
