Extraordinary rendition and torture continue

For the sake of appearances, the US has reportedly closed it’s CIA ‘black sites’ or secret prisons, but the practice of extraordinary rendition and torture has not ended.

Human rights abuses, on behalf of the United States, are now being outsourced to American allies to help Obama avoid the political stigma of torture.
