Obama’s secret order to aid Syrian rebels

That President Obama had signed a ‘secret’ order directing the CIA to aid the Syrian rebels is now public.
This reminds me of Jimmy Carter’s ‘secret’ order of July 3rd 1979, which directed the CIA to aid the Afghan Mujahideen.
THAT led to the creation of the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
