Whatever you call it, don’t call it freedom

I understand that there are people out there that like the idea of the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, or Romneycare, or whatever you want to call it.

That’s fine.

Just don’t call it freedom.

That system that they are going to force us into is only going to allow for the cut, burn, and drug school of medicine. Many of us don’t want that. It’s not real medicine.

So let’s not kid ourselves about freedom, especially today.

Will Obamacare Forced Health Insurance & Fines—Damage Housing Market Recovery?

In 2014 Americans will be forced to purchase expensive health insurance under Obamacare or pay fines. High annual costs of forced health insurance or fines will prevent many Middle Class home buyers saving a down payment to buy a home or qualifying for a home mortgage. Many Americans will not be able to pay the annual costs of forced health insurance, or penalties for not purchasing health insurance, and pay their rent or home mortgage. Home owners that can’t afford health insurance that don’t qualify for government assistance can be forced by the IRS to pay expensive fines that cost less than health insurance. It is unknown how many Home buyers that qualified for a home mortgage loan in 2012 will be locked out in 2014 resulting from ObamaCare forcing everyone to buy health insurance or pay fines; (home buyers) will have to disclose to mortgage lenders their Obamacare mandated expenses. In 2014 it is foreseeable home buyers to offset their costs of forced Obama annual health insurance or penalties will increasingly make low-ball purchase offers on houses to reduce the size of their purchase money mortgage. That may further hinder home values moving upward. Decreasing property values lower property taxes that counties and cities depend on to support local infrastructures.
