I call this classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon ‘propaganda’ because I believe that is exactly what it was, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t make some relevant points.

Interestingly enough, its points seem to be as relevant today, if not more so.

Just great, but that was America as it used to be. Somewhere along the ways came new kind of immigrant, not the one looking for work and willing to build this Nation but the changes our motto from ” the land of the free, to the land of opportunity to get rich fast no matter how. And freedom became a license to corruption, enslavement and exploitaton, the result were the Unions. After while even the Unions became an opportunity for corruption.
Harold we need to clean out the place. We start with “America first” it means this nation is this is my harbor and my vessel we better keep it strong and based on the moral and legal Intent of the Founders not the self serving principle derived from Atlas Shrugged. We don’t have to follow any of the ideologies the Founders rejected. Lets stand on law
and order and equal rights and justice for all. We do not have to FREE the world, we need only show them the way. The rest depends on the character of their people.
