Vaccine exemptions under attack in healthiest state

Vermont is rated as the healthiest, or at least one of the healthiest, states in America.

Vermont also has the highest number of vaccine exemptions.

That may not be the case for long, however, as Vermont’s state senate has passed a bill that will end ‘philosophical vaccine exemptions’.

So? If you cannot ‘opt’ out of getting a vaccination, is it then a MANDATE?
