Fox Edits Anti-war Veteran’s Confrontation with Neocon John Bolton

During a taping of the Stossel show at the 2012 International Students for Liberty Conference in Washington D.C., I got to confront neo-conservative war monger John Bolton on the issue of blowback, and it miraculously made it’s way onto the Stossel show! I’m guessing we have the man himself, John Stossel, to thank for that.
Of course, this is Fox we’re talking about, so there is some disingenuous editing. But the content of my question and Bolton’s response is completely intact! Thank you Stossel!

Thank you Harold for bringing that to our attention and appreciate the young man who spoke up. AS far as Bolton goes he is so low on my esteem scale I don’t even bother to acknowledge him.
I’m a vet, and a disagree with the questioner’s accusation that we are over there willy nilly killiing innocents. As a compassionate American,in our attempts to achieve our military and civil affairs goals on the ground we go to ENORMOUS, sometimes painful, lengths to avoid collateral damage and always have. We can have an honest discussion about the merits of our military involvement over there–and should–but, come on, let’s keep it in perspective and out of the nocuous political arena.
And just whose coverage of this episode was doctored? I sure as hell don’t know.
And what’s with the toothpick in the questioner’s mouth?
I think it should be made clear that anti war people never address the troops fully aware they follow orders. It is those who speak in favor of those wars, most of whom never served, that is being addressed.
IT is sadly recognized what those wars and training or those wars do to our troops because we are not basically sharing those walues so they must choose between basic values and orders of wars.
I become enraged whenever I see Bolton on Faux News. No neo-con has more blood on his hands than Bolton who would plunge this nation into senseless wars that we cannot either win or afford and that we know will cost tens of thousands of American lives and injuries. This nation is strained to give proper care to the 30,000 or more men and women who have been horribly wounded, disfigured and rendered mentally unfit by these wars. Bolton deserves the harshest judgment of man prior to being condemned to the eternal Hell he so justly deserves.
