How did the control freaks in the federal government get so much power over every little aspect of our lives?
These powers aren’t given to them by the Constitution!
How did they come by this ‘claimed’ authority to rule and regulate and even criminalize everything?
Well, one way they did it was by withholding federal money unless states complied with federal demands.
The old carrot and stick…

The 9th and 10th Amendments are useless when States lack the spine and principle to exercise those constitutional powers. This inevitably means that the onus for ensuring constitutional order increasingly rests upon “We the People”. The lingering question is has the people’s morality, virtue and sense of civic duty so eroded as well as to render teh USA little more than a banana republic?
