ACGR's "News with Attitude" 
I new I didn’t agree with this guy and this shows why. Instead of Ear-marks, Why not let every expenditure request stand on its own? Why attach them to important bills? I am getting tired of politicians not recoanizing that all we want is for the Constitution to be followed.
