Did Merck buy off California legislators who voted to pass AB499 vaccination consent bill?
After months of quietly making its way through both the California House of Representatives and the Senate, Assembly Bill 499 (AB 499) has now officially been signed into law by California Gov. Jerry Brown. The bill allows for children as young as 12 to be vaccinated against sexually transmitted diseases like Hepatitis B and human papillomavirus (HPV) without parental knowledge or consent.
The bill amends current California state law which previously required that minors obtain parental consent before receiving school vaccinations. Now, children as young as 12 will be permitted to decide for themselves, presumably with a little extra prodding and manipulation by school officials, whether or not to opt for controversial and dangerous vaccines like Merck & Co.’s cervical cancer vaccine Gardasil (http://www.naturalnews.com/Gardasil…).

During the H1N1 Scare the Massachusetts Senate passed the Pandemic Response Bill S. 2028: the bill appeared to suspend the Constitutional Rights of Massachusetts Citizens. The legislation set fines up to $1,000 a day for anyone who refused during a declared state health emergency to submit to a vaccination, health quarantine or decontamination effort; or failed to follow any verbal order of a state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. The Massachusetts Governor was expected to sign the bill if passed by the House. I have not check since to see if it passed. MA legislation at:

Should mandatory Federal or State vaccinations become law, it is expected U.S. Citizens that strongly oppose mandatory vaccinations; don’t trust government; and or believe they have the right to say No, will vehemently resist forced vaccinations. It is difficult to understand the logic of government health officials that claim swine flu is worse for people with low immunity, and then advocate injecting those people with vaccines that contain toxic substances that might further lower their immunity.
