WI judge declares that individuals have no fundamental right to own cows, drink raw milk

After being petitioned for clarification about his decision in a recent legal case involving individuals freedom to consume raw milk and own “shares” of dairy cows, Judge Patrick J. Fiedler vehemently declared that individuals “do not have a fundamental right to consume the foods of their choice,” and essentially reiterated his state’s position that raw milk is simply off limits.

The Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund (FTCLDF), on behalf of Zinniker Family Farm in Elkhorn, Wi., and several other farms, filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) back on Feb. 25, 2010, asking it to clarify its interpretation of the law in regards to raw milk (http://www.ftcldf.org/litigation-wi…).

And now… the rest of the story. …..

I have held a concern about judges for all my life. You start with tales of the hanging judges in the youth of our country. Numerous such reports are a constant. There seems to be a natural abuse of power. Are there real rules for a judgeship, or do they buy the appointment, maybe favor trading. I am not talking about all judges, just the standard bad apples we smell in public.

Many judges do not seem to recognize the Constitution.

If this ruling seems wrong, consider what just happened in a federal court in Texas. A Dallas business owner, who was involved in a civil dispute and paid millions of dollars to lawyers, and when he objected to their fees, they had a “friendly” judge seize all of his property, without any notice or hearing, and essentially ordered him to be an involuntary servant to the lawyers. The business owner has been under this “servant” order for 10 months and is prohibited from owning any possessions, prohibited from working, etc…

Here are some actual quotes, on the record, from the judge in this case:

THE COURT: “I’m telling you don’t screw with me. You are a fool, a fool, a fool, a fool to screw with a federal judge, and if you don’t understand that, I can make you understand it. I have the force of the Navy, Army, Marines and Navy behind me.”

THE COURT: “You realize that order is an order of the Court. So any failure to comply with that order is contempt, punishable by lots of dollars, punishable by possible jail, death”

http://www.lawinjustice.com has an explanation of this really disturbing case.. The frequency of instances like these seems to be increasing exponentially even though they get little media attention.

WOW! It just never ends! Do we have a ton of work before us if we are to restore constitutional order, not only on the federal but also on the state level. What this imperious judge and so many of his oligarchical judicial brethren continue to perpetrate upon the Republic is more than insane; it is patently unconstitutional and tyrannical. The judiciary needs to be cut down to size–and soon–or this Constitutional Republic will be “ruled” completely out of existence.
