Thank you Harold!!! I have been working and writing about how we have to start looking at the facts. I write Obama several time that by ignoring the population issue his plan for the future sounds like a cat trying to catch his tail.
We always say this is a market driven economy based on SUPPLY AND DEMAND, so it sets itself on more people more demand, true except for the shortness of vision.
Increasing population is not a profit generating work, in fact it is costly, but supply is a more complicated thing because it depends on AVAILABLE RESOURCES. Well even the USA now depends on other nation’s resources.
This is how the issue must be presented not the old canard that peole= demand=profit. When resources are scarce and supply receads it means WE HAVE A SURPLUS DEMAND FROM SURPLUS PEOPLE.
So, go Herold GO!! If we can break this wall and bring out the facts we are on our way to rational conclusion and decision without dramatic scenes lets remember that birth and population control is a matter of preventing over production resulting in demands higher than available supply.
