No warrant, just plug it in

Apparently, any new technology that is not specifically forbidden can – and is – used against civilians, including those just walking by without limit.

One example we reported on earlier this week: sound cannons.

In an Illinois city, police recently beamed them at random apartment buildings.

Now we have warrantless tracking.
