“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” – The Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Like a muscle that atrophies when unused, the power of the U.S. Constitution also withers when its meaning is lost on the people.  And, sadly, for many people its meaning most certainly has been lost.

Today, our Federal government illegally conducts; a national take over of our health care, illegal search and seizure at our airports, a seemingly endless use of your tax dollars to prop up failing businesses, and much more.  If people were to view the Constitution properly, as an enumeration of powers delegated to the federal government, one would be hard-pressed to find a day go by without serious Constitutional violations.
