Hypocritical Mexico is now building their own wall on border with Guatemala…press ignores
The Inter-Press Sevice (IPS) is reporting that the head administrator of the Mexican Superintendency of Tax Administration, Raul Diaz, has confirmed that his government is building a wall in the state of Chiapas, along the Mexican/Guatemalan border.
The official reason is to stop contraband from coming into Mexico, but as Diaz admitted: “It could also prevent the free passage of illegal immigrants.”
According to Mexico’s National Commission on Human Rights, 500,000 people from Central America cross into Mexico illegally every year.
Just as Mexican authorities have opposed the construction of a fence by the U.S., along our border with their country, Mexico is now receiving a great deal of criticism from the Guatemalan government.
Why should Americans care when migrants, intending to illegally enter Mexico or the U.S., take inhospitable routes that lead to thousands of deaths.
Of course Guatemala opposes Mexico building a wall to stop illegal traffic entering their country. Both Guatemala and Mexico are greatly overburdened by large populations of uneducated/unemployed poor and would prefer they leave, financially burden another country e.g., the U.S.
Some so-called human rights groups that want open borders including the U.S., have associations with communist organizations that believe open borders are necessary to achieve their idea of one-world government. If Guatemala and Mexico want to reduce their increasing proliferation of poor/unemployed populations, they should offer them financial incentives not to have children. Otherwise it is inevitable civil chaos will result, foreseeable to topple their governments.
Obama recently supported the idea of a World Tax to provide money to the poorest nations; obviously that would increase the proliferation of the poor unless the poorest nations control the expansion of those populations.
