United States Declares War on Arizona, Literally

September 5, 2010
Jerry McConnell

In the opinion of usurper president and U. S. Constitution destroyer, Barack H. Obama, there is no legitimacy in any state to seek its own protection from foreign invasion with its concurrent and resultant damage to life, limb and property.

The Preamble to the Constitution lists the requirements of the federal government to our nation’s security. One of those requirements is to “provide for the common defense.” This is one of the responsibilities granted to the federals by the states. If the feds can not or will not ‘provide for the common defense’, it is only reasonable that the state or states will have to do it themselves due to the abdication of responsibility by the federal government.

This is the situation in Arizona. Hordes of illegal aliens have been coming across the federally controlled and unprotected borders; Obama and his inefficient Attorney General and Chief of Homeland Security with their malfeasance and contrary to law refusal to act in accordance with our Constitution’s mandates, do unnecessarily place the legitimate citizens of Arizona and the United States, in serious jeopardy.

And now… the rest of the story. …..

    Did U.S. Government defraud Arizona?

It is doubtful the Territory of Arizona in 1912 would have allowed itself admitted as the 48th state had it known U.S. Government would not protect Arizona from violent foreign invaders nor allow Arizona the right to protect itself.

During the Civil War, the former Arizona Territory was shaped differently geographically. Its political sentiment south of the 34th parallel favored the Confederacy. In March 1861 The Arizona Territory adopted a Secession Ordinance that declared itself independent of the United States, (The Confederate Territory of Arizona) became officially recognized when President Jefferson Davis signed the proclamation February 14, 1862. The Confederate Territory of Arizona existed officially from 1861 to 1863 until the Territory was captured by the Union. On February 24, 1863 the Union forced the creation of the new Territory of Arizona, an incorporated territory of the United States that existed until February 14, 1912 when it was admitted to the Union as the 48th state.

Because U.S. Government defrauded Arizona, did not deliver the protections it promised, Arizona should consider again secession. While that may sound far fetched, at least if Arizona was a Territory it might be able to protect itself from violent foreign invaders without Obama’s interference. Obama has turned The Territory of Arizona’s agreement to join the United States into a fraudulent contract. Would you do business with anyone or country that operated in this manner?
