I read recently where all major developed nations have now eleminated laws allowing “Anchor Babies” in their countries. The idea itself perpetuates lower income famlies to survive on welfare at the cost of taxpayers. Our current economic circumstances should dictate we eleminate such a law.
Yes, they should be denied automatic citizenship. As bad as it sounds, it is actually the only way to apply a substantial block to the aliens. If you take away the anchor baby loop hole, then it helps secure the border to a point as it takes away incentives to cross in an illegal way.

Yes, considering how nearly everyone in America is not of Native American descent, and everyone’s ancestors were once illegal immigrants.
