One of Washington, D.C.’s most feared and fearless corruption watchers has told WND he intends to file an ethics complaint to have Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan disbarred from practicing before the court she aspires to join – and possibly subjected to criminal prosecution – for her role in an escalating controversy over partial-birth abortion.
Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA, is bringing the complaint, alleging Kagan altered an official scientific report used as evidence by the Supreme Court to persuade the justices to overturn bans on partial-birth abortion.

This is a bit difficult for me to debate because my feelings are based on a broader issue. I simply feel that a “Wise Latina and a Jewish Mother” are a bit too much to sit on the Court together. Neither of them represent what I expect should be selected to sit in the Supreme Court which is a recognized constitutionalists with a record of closely reviewing the statement of the Founders to determine intention, not rely on flippy precedents based on political convenience rather than the integrity of the Constitution. Perhaps we should establish an Institute for Supreme Court Justices as we have West Point and etc. for our Military.
However there are two points that I would not accept as reliable evidence without close research. an that is the source of the info. in this particular case it is hard to deny that Judicial Watch is on the war path against politically targeted People. The second and more important is WND and it Editor/Owner. Not much research is require to determine that WND is the Jewish Lobby favorite Newspaper, and it originate with Fox News. While in both those sources, while I would not proclaim that what they are saying is often false I can say without hesitation that they do not have the objectivity of reputable Journalists or respectable Org. concerned solely with the well being of this nation. Both have primary sponsors pushing their views and interest to reach objectives that are not necessarily in the best interest of the USA as described in the Constitution.
I think Elena Kagan is not the best choice any more than was the Wise Latina. Neither has the stature I like to see sitting on the highest Court Position for life. Sadly of course neither are some of the others. Perhaps we should get involved and point out some high level Constitutional Scholar and demand rules of removal from the Court beside Impeachment which is a bit too strong for the sin of poor knowledge.
