Mexican Criminal, Deported 10X, Back Doing Crime

[Ed. note ~ So much for our so-called “secure” borders!]

Deported 10 times, a 46-year-old Mexican illegal, Jose Madrigal-Lopez, pleaded guilty yesterday to indecent exposure stemming from an incident last month when he was seen “standing, with his pants down, over a woman outside an Edmonds supermarket.”

A charge of rape was not pursued since prosecutors concluded that the sexual contact may have been consensual.
