ObamaCare is unconstitutional!
Our elected officials have turned a deaf ear to the voices of a clear majority of Americans by railroading an unwanted government takeover of our healthcare system. The 111th Congress passed the ObamaCare bill with provisions that I believe are overtly unconstitutional.
Liberty Counsel will fight the bill in courts of law.
Their suit raises the concerns of individuals, private, nonprofit and for-profit businesses and organizations, and religious institutions.
I just signed a Statement of Support encouraging Liberty Counsel to take legal measures to stop ObamaCare dead in its tracks!
