‘It’s not law if qualified president isn’t signing it’
A newly unearthed recording reveals a state attorney general explaining how the president’s eligibility could be tested in the courts by a lawyer defending a client against an accusation brought under legislation signed by Obama.
The recording of Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli puts him on a growing list of elected leaders, members of Congress and state officials who have addressed concerns over Obama’s eligibility to occupy the White House.

I can’t understand why anyone would say they are not interested in the US citizenship of the POTUS. They’re not interested? When clearly there has been unanswered questions about his legitimacy? What the hell is that? A self professed Marxist is occupying the White House and nobody in power is “interested” whether he’s eligible? I wish these interviewers would just ask the question when they hit the brick wall; “Why aren’t you interested?” “How can you not be interested?” “Many of The People are interested, don’t you represent them?” How can they justify this avoidance? This political correctness bullshit or turning deaf ears and eyes away from issues and questions is what has got our country into the mess we’re in. What the hell is going on that they’re covering up while we’re all trying to fight off this government health care takeover?
