Oklahoma Legislation SB1392

Random drug testing for TANF

Bill Passed Senate and is now in the House Appropriations Committee.    Call these House members and ask they vote YES on SB1392 and allow a full House Vote on the Bill

Randy Terrill                Mark McCullough                 Mike Christian

Rex Duncan                  Scott Inman                            Fred Jordan

Ryan Kiesel                            Richard Morrissette               Jason Nelson

Paul Roan                     Mike Sanders                         Glen Smithson

Daniel Sullivan             Doug Cox                               Weldon Watson

Ron Peters                     Joe Dorman                            Dale DeWitt

Employees working for many private companies are subject to drug testing to keep their jobs.  A wise employee will refuse the drugs in order to supply food for their children and keep their job.

Why should not those people taking free entitlements from the taxpayer (TANF program) be subject to random drug testing in order to continue to feed their children on taxpayer funding?   Many enrollees refuse to work and trade these entitlements for drugs since their children get two perfectly good meals in school.  Those using this program as a State paid drug program should most certainly submit to drug testing and any Legislator who votes against it should be voted out of office.

HB3384 Quality Education Assessment

Passed the House and is now in the Senate. Contact EVERY Senator and ask them to allow HB3384 a Senate floor vote and ask that they vote YES on this bill.

Bill requires every School District to report to Sandy Garrett’s office and Legislators their expenditures, allowing taxpayers to see where education funding goes.    Just maybe some of the bonds floated for “education of the children” are going to retirees’ yearly cost of living increases and their insurance coverage and NOT for the children.     Just how much does education cost?  Taxpayers deserve to know where money goes.

Texas and Arizona have agency spending required to be posted on the websites, Oklahoma taxpayers deserve the same transparency.

============================================================

Folks, this just might be your LAST STAND. Freedoms are fleeting – 1/6th of economy soon to be under control of  ‘dunderheads’ in both political parties.

Rep. Steve King (R-IA) is calling for a new procedural solution to stop the health care bill:  Have an angry mob of citizens storm Washington and prevent Congress from acting, in imitation of the Velvet Revolution that overthrew communist rule in Czechoslovakia!

Rep King’s speech calls upon citizens to  “Storm this city SATURDAY, fill up Washington D.C., jam this capital so they can’t move.”

Insuring the 30 million uninsured is the plan to bring 30 million illegal aliens ‘out of the shadows and into the lap of luxury – America.’

Those living within 1.5 hours of driving into DC, please, please, please represent those of us in the mid-west that cannot come.

Amnesty Forces to March on Washington

March 21 and 22
Make Your Voice Heard!

Info from FAIRUS.org     PRO amnesty group, Reform Immigration for America,  is organizing amnesty supporters across the country to march on Washington this Sunday, March 21st.  Organizers are claiming that as many as 100,000 will join the march and they already have buses lined up to bring in activists from all over the country.     (See the Reform Immigration for America website.)

These activists are supported by a massive group of sponsors who are pouring money into this rally for amnesty.  Dozens of pro-amnesty organizations are sponsoring the so-called “March for America.” They are supported by lawmakers too. Just last night, Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsay Graham (R-SC)Traitor   released their framework for their amnesty legislation. And in what appears to be a quid-pro quo, President Obama resoundingly endorsed the framework and pledged to move amnesty legislation forward only hours after Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) announced he would vote for the President’s health care reform bill!

Folks, you  are seeing treason, subversion, betrayal, bribery, corruption, deceit, inducements and lies as the norm for the moral conviction of our Congress.

The Republicans believe that by default they will take over Congress in November, when they possess the same degrading morals as the Democrats.  NO agency was closed as promised under the “Contract with America.”    Our only recourse is to vote every incumbent OUT of OFFICE in November.    A clean slate of Congressmen  just might believe we citizens mean business.
