Your Rights Regarding Census Questions [Video]

Under the Constitution the only thing the government has a right to do under a census is get enumeration, or in simpler words a headcount. Anything beyond this is not in the Constitution. I will note that I am not a lawyer, but it is quite clear that government officials and law enforcement should not have the right to ask you for further information unless they have reason to believe you have committed a crime. In which case you should also have the right to remain silent under your 5th amendment rights as a US Citizen.
