Pennsylvania: Bird Shoot Ban to be Heard Tomorrow!

As was similarly proposed last session, State Senator Patrick Brown (R-16) is once again leading the charge for “animal rights” extremists in Pennsylvania.

Senator Brown has filed an amendment to House Bill 39, which will be heard tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14, in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Simply put, this legislation would criminalize and ban organized bird shoots in Pennsylvania by amending Title 18 (“Crimes and Offenses”) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes.
