Constitutional Convention Action Needed!

January 16, 2009

[Ed. note ~ There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with our Constitution. We only need to enforce it! We don’t need a new one!!
Likewise, we don’t need NEW immigration laws! We only need to enforce those we already have!!!]

I would suggest that those interested in both sides go to and read the over 650 applications from all 50 states so that they can see what really will be discussed at a convention.

As to the fears Mr. Poole mentions. I remind everyone they all stem from assertions made by the John Birch Society who, in turn, has relied heavily on a so-called Burger letter said to have been written by Chief Justice Warren Burger. I’d like to ask everyone to look at this video before making up their minds about these assertions.

Unfortunately for everyone involved (namely the American people) the “true facts” are at best being hidden from the general public, and at worst they are being intentionally lied to!

Why is it when a wheel isn’t working properly, some people want to reinvent the whole damn thing instead of repairing the spoke?

We DO NOT need a “new” Constitution, but rather we need only begin enforcement of the current one provided by our founding fathers. There is NOTHING wrong with the one we’ve got. The problem is those persons who seek to destroy it by subverting it and the liberal judges who believe it to be a “living document” and interpret it to suit their own needs.

Likewise, we have sufficient and adequate immigration laws, but instead of enforcing them, those same judges as mentioned previously make it very difficult, if not impossible, to enforce the laws as they were intended. So then the “powers that be” try to convince “we the people” that we need new laws when all we really need is to enforce those that currently exist.

Neither you nor any other citizen of the United States can issue a verbal and written guarantee to the American people that a “new and revised” Constitution will not trample upon their inherent rights as guaranteed by our Constitution. Instead we are told to “trust” the delegates to this Constitutional Convention”.

Trust? Trust those same bureaucrats who put us in this situation to start with?

I don’t think so! As a matter of fact, I’m sure, NOT ON MY WATCH!!!

I hope there is time for people to learn the true facts about Article V of OUR Constitution; the founders intended that it should be amended, especially if and when Americans lost trust in the federal government; go to to learn ALL the facts… It is the corrupt plutocratic forces that oppose a convention….
