Is Government Force the same as Sexual Rape?

via email …..

I have done some pondering. I started to compare forced government services and taxes to something else.

I have found that if you compare government services and taxation to sex, it paints a clear image. If you force sex upon an unwilling recipient, it is by definition referred to as RAPE, yet, taxes and government services are forced upon us against our will and when you protest, the proponents of such actions call you selfish, unpatriotic, and many other descriptive words. They will say something to the effect, “taxes are the price for civilization”. My question to them is that if you compare what taxation does to people how is it different than the act of rape? Compare some dictionary definitions:

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/rape

“Any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.”

“An act of plunder, violent seizure, or abuse; despoliation; violation: the rape of the countryside.”

Imagine if someone referred to a rape victim as “not a good sport”, or “selfish with their body”? Is that any different that the kinds of accusations and expletives leveled against you if you object to those taxes if you are an elderly person on a fixed income or a struggling wage earner trying to keep his financial head above water and take care of a family who objects to more property taxes or income taxes?

Forced taxation takes money from you whether you ask for it or not. The reason the government can do that is because those who are the one’s in office and who are hired bureaucrats and employees have bigger guns and can use greater force and violence much the same way a violent rapist uses either greater strength, a weapon such as a knife or gun to force the act, only forced taxation and government action/services gone step further.

The only kind of taxation which would be considered fair would be that in which you have an opt-out. Taxes such as sales taxes, excise taxes, etc., are one’s in which have such a natural option as you have alternate ways around them if you so choose. As long as you have another way to buy, use, or obtain without the force of government taxing you by force, then and only then is it fair.

Taxes such as income tax or property tax are inherently unfair and, with the force of government, violence able to threaten your life and freedom. Likewise, so is the government stripping the water usage away from a landowning farmer or the use of eminent domain against a homeowner or business property owner for resale to another private citizen because there would be higher taxes to come from the business that would be there. Thus. it is my contention that the political/economic version of the savage act of rape is use of force by government to tax or take your property against your will.

Only, if the proponents of more government and taxation say, “it is the cost of civilization”…how is that different than something worse than rape, but the act of gang rape? At least a violent rapist, as horrible a person as such a person would be, would only do it to one person, government does it on behalf of everyone in the city, county, state, or country.

Rape robs you of your dignity, self worth, your ability to trust. Forced government does that and takes your property too.

I therefore refer to taxing and taking the property of the people by the force of law and in fact, as the act of financially being RAPED??…
