I am also most concerned that documentary by CNN about trillions ? total over the time it has been going on, going to Mexican for refunds on taxes they never paid and obtain by being told to file for all relatives up to 24 in some cases. Then also utility rates going up here in CA. but te help tels me they are told not to pay ther bills because they have a credit. They told me because after 3 months they called worried they would get a big bill all at once. So Harold what do you know since I heard nothing since CNN and the Utility just came out. When I walled was told Morgan Stanley “gamed” the Utility field. That may be but they don’t play Santa Claus either. Sounds like La Raza or the Cartel to me, easy to get meter reader to change numbers. Cartel and la Raza would get most of it.
