Your calls and emails are needed.

Because the national government has failed to enact national mandatory E-Verify and because the 2011 Florida Legislative Session failed to enact E-Verify for Florida, Representative Gayle Harrell and Senator Thad Altman have introduced E-Verify for Florida bills HB1315 and SB1638 for the 2012 Florida Legislative Session that starts on Tuesday, January 10, 2012:

HB1315 – Verification of Employment Eligibility

SB1638: The Verification Of Employment Eligibility

Florida has an opportunity during the 2012 Legislative Session to establish the principle that Florida must transition to a legal work force.  The best solution to do so is E-Verify because it focuses on the root cause – The Job Magnet.  Floridians must demand that the Senate, the House and Governor adopt the common sense, effective E-Verify provisions.

And now… the rest of the story. …..

Fully agree, be sure they don’t use those false jury call stubs. That is how Nevada, California and many state give alien equivalent of citizenship. They are sent a Jury duty letter they appear and are conveniently denied since they are not citizens BUT they let them keep the Juror identity stub. I feel strongly about this.
