Jesse Ventura’s lawsuit against the TSA addressed a direct and profound violation of the Fourth Amendment which protects us against unlawful searches and seizures.
A federal judge has dismissed Ventura’s case, denying him his day in court and leaving him, and the rest of us I might add, no means of contesting the illegal actions of the government goons in our airports.
Quite simply, the Constitution does not apply…

Keynesian vs Austrian Economics, Misian, Freidman, Hayek, etc. Sorry, but all that I have studied lately shows me that it is not “capitalism” that is at fault. It is Big Government regulations. The more regulations on the economy, loss of freedom, and this is what is happening now with the Obama administration. They are following a Road to Serfdom as Frederick Hayek describes. Peter Schiff is right. Raising the taxes on the rich seems good, but it is not the REAL problem. Read “Free to Choose.” We are given up our freedoms for big government regulations. So Federal zone is expanding illegally. The Fed is breaking all the rules of the Constitution. Stand up for our Rights, not Privileges!
