My Dear Friends In Freedom And In The Defense Of Liberty:
For those who are receiving this, as well as those to whom you pass this along, there is little to no doubt in my mind that most, if not all of us, are frustrated by the daily attacks upon our freedom and our liberty.
As a nation founded upon the principles of religious and political freedom, we have every right – as well as a duty and an obligation, to use whatever means are required to ensure the continuation of this Constitutional Republic if we are going to bear witness to the furtherance of the American Dream. However, the “American Dream” appears to be getting farther and farther away as we lose more and more of our freedom every day, largely by the inaction of our citizens and by the political fervor of our elected and appointed officials.
In the last week or so, we have seen headlines that declare Obama and Hillary support the UN Ban on Weapons, a purported global ban that would indeed undermine the 2nd Amendment to our Constitution. In this same period, we have seen several reports describing the arrest and potential 15 year sentences of American citizens who were charged and found guilty of the crime of recording a police officer in a public act. And, in addition to the scandalous nature of Fast and Furious, Solyndra, Fisker and the recent EPA actions against fellow citizens across America, we now know, beyond any reasonable doubt, that our ability and our Constitutional right to seek redress of grievances of our government via the congress or the courts is rapidly declining and in some instance, may no longer exist, depending upon the issue.
To be sure, in the case of Arizona vs. the USA, Judge Susan Bolton of the SW Federal District of Arizona seems entrenched in her unwavering support of the Obamsiah. And, rather than remove herself from cases related to SB1070, she remains steadfastly arrogant and bias in her positions (see the attachment). There is a very serious Constitutional issue that both the District and the Appellate Courts have failed to address and advise, and that is Arizona’s right to bypass every lower court and advance its claim directly to the Supreme Court, where that Court will be the court of “original” jurisdiction, rather than a court of final appeal. In all instances where the Obamasiah’s anti-American in Justice Department is intervening in state actions that serve to enforce federal immigration law, as state law, the state has the Constitutional right to be heard by the Supreme Court, immediately, rather than to be forced to incur the costs and the dictates of the DOJ. Likewise, even in the cases brought by the states re the Obamasiah healthcare fiasco, the states have the right to appeal directly to the Supreme Court, as any action brought by the feds against any state shall be heard by the Supreme Court in the capacity as the court of original jurisdiction.
Likewise, in the past several weeks, we have heard that the DHS Secretary testified before Congress that “unwritten” instructions (memo’s) barring ICE and BP Agents from arresting, questioning and deporting illegal aliens, whether or not they were known to be “criminal” felons or not….was simply not the case, contradicting the sworn congressional testimony of the Union Representative for some 7,200 ICE agents, as well as several written pieces of evidence submitted in support of said testimony. This is the same Napolitano, who only weeks early stood by the Obamasiah’s “fiat” amnesty that would allow some 300,000 now incarcerated illegal aliens to go free (after having spent the money on their capture) and to qualify for a work permit. Not mentioned is the 1.5 million illegal aliens who are roaming our streets on DHS/ICE bonds and whose lawyers (liars) are petitioning the Immigration Courts for their release from deportation proceedings ASAP. And, to give some flavor of political righteousness to all of this and the Napolitano claim that all is well along the southern border. Jeff Self, a BS supervisor in the Tucson Sector told Greta “the ignorant” Van Susteren – at the Arizona State Fair 2 nights ago, that the flow of illegal’s and drugs and crime into Arizona was well below acceptable levels and that america is more secure than ever before. LIES, LIES, LIES!! We know that such statements are false and that BP and ICE management, like those in every other government agency, are perpetuating the administration lies simply as an avenue to advance their careers. And we know this because the administration admits the process exists only because of some loop-hole called “prosecutorial discretion”, – aka – ignoring the law.
With the protests on Wall street being infiltrated by union thugs and underwritten by union money and supported by congressional democrats and the usurper in our White House, as well as by the Communist Party USA, the SEIU, the Socialist Party of the USA and elements of the Muslim Brotherhood and the numerous George Soros “glee” clubs, etc., it is no small wonder that such a microcosm of dissatisfaction and unrest is being allowed to escalate into such a pandemic of chaos disguised as organized civil unrest, the likes of which it is not! When the Tea party protested in D.C., the Obamasiah did not even acknowledge that there some 1 to 2 million citizens gathered in the mall to protest hire taxes, Obamacare, the growth of government and joblessness. Indeed, the Dinocrat leaders of the congress paraded through the gathering, harassing those in attendance and then claimed that they were spat upon, called racial slurs and jostled around like bowling pins. Video evidence clearly shows that such was not the case, but to this day, the likes of Nancy Pelosi and a number of “black” congressmen still embrace their claims, knowing full well that they too, have been and remain some of the great liars of our day.
While we prepare ourselves for another daily onslaught this coming week, I caution each of you to carefully record in your mind the events that will enter into your thoughts – welcome or otherwise – and those earlier events that you have already recorded. There are, as you will see, direct relationships between the past and the present and the outcomes will be married to what you already know and that which will be forced upon you by the government and the repetitious talking heads of our day. There is no escaping the “brain washing” of the indoctrination, but, there exists the possibility that we will be able to remove ourselves from the BS, the deception and the political lies that will be fed to us by those who have decided to serve their masters inside of the beltway.
There is one item that I caution you to consider and to consider it seriously. If the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of law are documents that define your patriotism, loyalty and allegiance to the USA, the, by every fiber in your body and in your spirit, do not be taken in by the Hannity’s, the O’Reilly’s, the Judge Napolitano’s, the Lou Dobbs, the Van Susterens, or any of the talking heads on the alphabet soup channels, relative to the issue of the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN CLAUSE in our Constitution.
These people claim to be conservatives – not constitutionalists – and they have failed to raise that issue when it comes to the Obamasiah and they continue to promote the vice-presidential candidacy of Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal, both of whom are not NATURAL BORN CITIZENS of the USA as prescribed by the Constitution and the historical precedence related to same, or by the definition given to it as it relates to the 2008 Senate Resolution issued on behalf of John McCain’s eligibility to seek the office of POTUS in 2008.
A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, as we all know, is a person whose parents (plural) were citizens of the USA or who were naturalized citizens of the USA, PRIOR TO THE BIRTH OF A CANDIDATE SEEKING THE OFFICE OF POTUS. In both instances according to a well-researched article by Jim Farah in WND and VDARE, neither Rubio or Jindal are NATURAL BORN CITIZENS, as neither of their PARENTS were born in the USA, nor did they become naturalized citizens PRIOR to their births.
Even though Rubio and Jindal are regarded as being political and social conservatives and both have served their states and America well, there can be absolutely no exceptions given when it comes to presidential eligibility as prescribed by the Constitution. The great error done to us in 2008 is that NO ONE held the Obamasiah to the same standards set out in the 2008 Senate Resolution re McCain and if that had been done, the Obamasiah would have been disqualified as his father, at the time of his birth and at the time of his death, was a Kenyan National and a British subject.
If the lessons of history are any indication of our failings, then bear in mind that both the formation of the Federal Reserve and the addition of the 17th Amendment have served to undermine the constitution and as such, the freedom and the liberty of the American people. This usurpation of constitutional power, now greatly expanded, has and continues to make the congress of the USA nothing more than a useless “rubber” stamp for a runaway Executive branch and progressively-left leaning Judiciary. As we all can see, communications with our elected representatives are ignored, even though there are vastly more avenues by which we are able to communicate with them. We are treated with indifference and in some cases, with impunity. The voice of the people – aka – our ability to seek redress of grievances, has been, is and will remain severely limited – so long as we remain content with being silenced.
As we rush headlong into multiple “African” conflicts, exposing our young men and women and our resources to armed actions that will bind us politically to solving the internal problems of other nations that have existed for over 3 decades….let us remember that Dwight Eisenhower, warned us of the Military Industrial Complex, a conglomerate of self-serving elitists whose financial fortunes would be based upon the furtherance and continuation of war and not peace – and that said wars would necessarily require the political participation of our elected officials whose job it was and would be, to feed us with propaganda, fear-mongering under the guise of national security. Now that we are set to leave Iraq, we are heading for Africa under the legislation provided by congress and the orders of Nobel Peace Prize winner and usurper in chief – the Obamasiah. The further loss of life and limb and the continued rape of our treasury for the benefit and gain of the warmongers and neo-cons is nothing short of reprehensible. There must be a way – preferably a peaceful way – to bring this insanity to an end. We have hundreds of military bases around the world and hundreds of thousands of military personnel engaged in activities foisted upon us by the Military Industrialized complex and the politicians who serve their political needs….like McCain, Lindsey Graham, Orin hatch, Richard Luger, and many more. When you hear McCain or Graham speak about our military commitments, they droll like a couple of crazed maniacs. for them and their colleagues, war is a necessity of life. It is part and parcel of the American Dream and for them, military sacrifices, death and dying, are all a part of the American way. they have fear mongered us all into submission and like the fools that we have become, we believe every word as we allow ourselves to be dragged down the path toward the landfill of hell and damnation.
With one week of news, piled upon the sordid heap of past events and in anticipation of yet more to come, it is small wonder that many have given up, or just no longer care. but, for those who remain frustrated and who strive to find a solution to bring this organized chaos to an end….we are the people who will never give up, never surrender, never shut up and sit down. It will not be by silence that the enemies of the nation will be defeated, but rather by our outcry and our protests. Let us come together for our safety and our nation – as one.
In prayer and in ardent respect for our Constitutional Republic….let us embrace, not only in name, but also in daily practice, the word of God and the teachings of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
