Perry record on immigration abysmal
Nobody in what remains of our American Republic wants Barack Obama to be a one-term bad memory more than this long-time American. That said, count this American as firmly — and now actively — opposed to nominating Texas Gov. Rick Perry to serve as his replacement.
Even with the on-going assistance of the GOP hierarchy and some semi-honest conservative talk-radio hosts, his anti-enforcement record on American immigration laws should have taken him out of the running weeks ago.
A “plain-talking, good-old cowboy” governor of Texas for president. What could go wrong on immigration, si? In 2003, there were only four employers punished for hiring illegal labor. If you liked George W. Bush on immigration enforcement and amnesty, you would adore Perry.
And now… the rest of the story. …..
I just dumped Perry for other reason so we have double reason. His speech tonign on the Palestnuan state was really a joke and he did not even know it because hewas reading what the Evangelist who summoned him to run most likely wrote it But some one tell Perry that Netanyahu hated the Oslo agreement and during Clinton’s year he stated that as soon as elected he would get rid of it. So, what agreement did the Palestinian break? I was for Obama but his demand that Palestine negotiate while under fire is ludicrous. When enemy negotiate they usually all have a cease fire, a truce, and invading settler backed by military is war, but Netanyahu refused a truce on settlement, the war main issue, so what is there to negotiate? I wrote as such to Mr. Obama. We respect his love for Israel but his speech was a mockery of
justice because he was denying Palestinians any of the justice and understandign he demanded for Israel. I am not for or against any one exept I am for peace, justice and equal human right for all so now I am going to help the Palestian force to fight that gorilla with no weapons or help/
