The big stories of the week continue to circle around Arizona’s new immigration enforcement law and the Congressional primary elections. Late last week, Attorney General Eric Holder admitted he had yet to read the bill followed by former Arizona Governor and current Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano who said this week that she hasn’t read the bill.

Well, our very own Director of Government Relations Rosemary Jenks has read the bill and wrote up a thorough and straightforward analysis of the law formerly known as SB1070. We have replaced our former Fact Sheet on the law with Rosemary’s detailed analysis, which you can find in her new blog and on the “State/Local Policies” page under our “Enforcement” menu.
