The Coming Sedition Act?
The gangster government now in control in our nation’s capitol is a grim and repugnant reminder that freedom, at best, is ephemeral. At worst, it’s a myth. In fact, true freedom – like true capitalism – has never existed anywhere on this planet. Rest assured that those with an insatiable lust for power will never allow either to occur.
The boldest experiment in doing away with dictatorial government was the signing of the Declaration of Independence, and perhaps the most important words in that document are:
… whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
… But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

As you may already know, World Net Daily recently reported that ” Obama Czar Cass Sunstein” had proposed Infiltrating all ‘Conspiracy Theorists’ in a paper he prepared in 2008— that effectively stated: Government should infiltrate and spy on Americans, their groups and organizations to obstruct Free Speech, disrupt the exchange of ideas and disseminate false information to neutralize Americans that might question government.

Perhaps coincidence: in 2007 before Sunstein’s 2008 paper “The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act” was introduced by Rep. Jane Harman: her 2007 bill mirrored several of Cass Sunstein’s subsequent 2008 proposals including spying on lawful Citizens and interrupting groups without evidence of wrongdoing. Harman’s bill HR 1955 called for investigating and tracking Americans and groups that might be prone to supporting or committing violent acts of domestic terrorism. Harman’s bill had the potential of driving lawful political and other activists underground. Perhaps creating the domestic terrorists Bush II said Americans needed to be protected from. Rep. Harman’s “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act” when closely examined, defined “homegrown terrorism” as “any planned act” that might use force to coerce U.S. Government or its people to promote or accomplish a “political or social objective.” No actual force need occur. Government would only need to allege an individual or group thought about it. Rep. Harman’s bill was often called the “Thought Crimes Bill.” The bill failed to pass after Americans became angry upon leaning about it. It is believed but not confirmed a Rand Corporation study provided input to the development of Rep. Jane Harman’s ” Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act.
Obama’s Coming Fourth Reich?
Obama like Hitler, to centralize power in U.S. Government has relentlessly pursued getting passed legislation that can be used by federal government to intimidate and threaten businesses and corporations. Hitler got similar laws passed to strong-arm and arrest corporation owners and executives who opposed his Nazi Government. In 1933 Hitler used his new laws to coerce corporations to support passage of Fascist Legislation to suspend parts of the German Constitution, crushing liberties of German Citizens. Afterwards Hitler told Parliament, “If you have any legislation, bring it by, I will decide if it should become law.” Hitler successfully dissolved Parliament.
Obama is now approaching a position where he can use similar new laws, including the Patriot Act and 200 asset forfeiture laws to threaten, extort and eliminate any U.S. Corporation or individual that might dare opposes his agenda.
Obama Shutting Down Dissent:
Obama’s recently expanded Veterans and other Corps that are now so broadly defined, they could potentially include any function. Hitler’s Germany in the 1930’s during hard economic times, established ” Civilian Volunteer Patrols” for the purpose of helping Citizens and to protect the Homeland. But soon after the patrols were established, the “civilian volunteers” were converted into a neighborhood political enforcement and informant arm” of the Nazi Party working closely with Hitler’s private Police, the Gestapo. Later the Gestapo was consolidated with the official police, but prior had privately arrested and disappeared German Citizens and confiscated property; Hitler brown shirts frequently moved into confiscated homes.
Enforcement: Obama could potentially enforce a New Fourth Reich or other despot government on American by employing millions of foreign-born illegal immigrants that he intends to grant Amnesty; they would outnumber the U.S. military. Alarmingly communists appear involved supporting the pro-amnesty movement. It is problematic illegal-immigrants granted amnesty might support Obama’s socialist/Marxist agenda.
The Obama Government recently employed a vendor to collect Internet information from social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter; that lends itself to the Obama administration using collected information to injure Americans. For example, should you apply for a federal job, what are the chances your name won’t first be crossed referenced by the Obama government with comments you made on the Internet about Obama or anything else? Likewise if you apply for a bank loan at a lending institution that the Obama government has influence or now controls, could your statements about Obama at a website or anything else, obstruct your ability to get that needed loan? Obama’s spying on the Internet will set the groundwork for a Fourth Reich intimidating Citizens from speaking out not just on the Internet but anywhere there might be Obama government informants.
Recently it was discovered the Obama health care bill included a new law that will force Americans to report paying $600 or more for any product or service. Government can now invade the privacy of Citizens, tracking how, when and where every person or business spends money. The 2010 Health Care Act adds “amounts in consideration for property” (Code Sec. 6041(a) as amended by 2010 Health Care Act §9006(b)(1)) and “gross proceeds” (Code Sec. 6041(a) as amended by 2010 Health Care Act §9006(b)(2)) to the pre-2010 Health Care Act categories of payments for which an information return to IRS will be required if the $600 aggregate payment threshold is met in a tax year for any one payee. Thus, Congress says that for payments made after 2011, the term “payments” includes gross proceeds paid in consideration for property or services.
Americans have an advantage to stop Obama’s agenda that Germans Citizens did not have. Millions of Americans are wide-awake to what Obama and his proponents are trying to accomplish. When Hitler was building his German Police state, he was able to silence the Press by ordering arrests and beatings of reporters. The Obama government has been obstructed mainly by Fox News reporting. It would appear not possible for Obama to accomplish his objectives in a short time rame unless he can shut down free speech, shut down opposing press and Internet sites that oppose his polices.
