Islamic Indoctrination in Florida’s High School Textbooks?
My good friend and Red County diarist Brigitte Gabriel frequently speaks about the misinformation and Islamist propaganda that exists in many public school textbooks and curricula.
In Sarasota County, Florida parents are outraged that a history text book at Riverview High School devotes only two pages each to Judaism and Christianity but has sixteen pages dedicated to Islam. The parents are meeting with local school district officials to bring this to their attention. I will report on any actions taken by the local school district staff.
Brigitte’s group American Congress for Truth is reviewing K-12 text books and finding amazing statements in them. For instance, did you know Muslims were in America before Columbus?!? That’s what one book stated—until protests got the erroneous information removed.

A top priority of the American Congress for Truth project for this year is a comprehensive study of K-12 textbooks and curricula. Their plan is to create a report that will be mailed, free of charge, to every school board member in America.
