Congressman eyes lawsuit over president’s eligibility

U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Arizona, told a townhall meeting in Kingman yesterday he is considering a lawsuit to establish Barack Obama’s eligibility for the presidency.
Franks said there is conflicting evidence on the question of Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.”

Congratulations! This question needs to be solved. No one knows for certain whether Obama is elgibile because HE WILL NOT RELEASE any of his records, a vault certified birth certifcate – the Hawaii is a certificate of live birth – no seal, no doctor and according to research his parents did not live at that address. We do not know how Obama registered at Occidental college – as a foreigner from Indonesia? He has released none of his school records – nor his passport. What passport did he travel on when he went to Pakistan in 1961 – the U.S. did not allow travelers with US passports to enter Pakistan that year. Every president before Obama has had to prove his elgibility – John McCain had to prove his – why is Obama allowed to escape this Constitutional mandate?;. All the best!!
