The tolerance bullies are at it again – engaging in renewed property damage in the name of peace, love, and understanding. Oh, and shooting themselves in the foot to boot. The anti-Prop. 8 mob opened up their new year by spray-painting a Catholic church in San Francisco’s Castro district to protest support for traditional marriage. Only one small oversight: The church they targeted is actually “gay-friendly” and opposed the ballot measure, too. D’oh.
This would be pretty funny if it weren’t so vile. The idea that you should intimidate and force people to do what you want is 180 degrees from freedom….which is ironic because that is what these groups say they want.
A logical assumption … supporters of Prop 8 did this posing as anti prop 8. Remember the OB carved in the face of the McCain worker? This is obvious tatic. Those of us in favor of gay marriage are very familiar with this church (ummm Duh) which is unlike the Skyline Church in Southern California. Not advocating any vandalism. It seems that many acts like this are from the same side … don’t buy the backwards B carved in the face.
